Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison has been suspended for the first three games of the 2025 NFL regular season without pay after violating the league's Substances of Abuse policy.

The three-year receiver will be permitted to partake in training camp and preseason games. However, he will miss the first three games of the regular season against the Chicago Bears, Atlanta Falcons, and Cincinnati Bengals

Addison was arrested in July of this year for driving under the influence near the Los Angeles International Airport.

Minnesota's 23-year-old breakout receiver has racked up 20 total touchdowns with 1,786 receiving yards on 133 receptions in 32 games so far in his two years. Addison became a formidable number two receiver opposite of superstar Justin Jefferson as the duo emerged as one of the best in all of football.

The former 23rd overall pick of the 2023 NFL Draft will be a big hole to fill for the Vikings to start the season. So the team will look to guys such as Jalen Nailor, Tai Felton, and Rondale Moore to help for the first three weeks.
