Another week of baseball (April 7th to April 13th) is finally in the books, and with that comes more highlights!

Cincinnati Reds' star Elly De La Cruz hit a massive grand slam on his bobblehead night! 

Jose Berrios' 100th win

Berrios became the 15th active MLB pitcher to reach the 100-win milestone after he tossed 

Francisco Lindor's 1,500th hit

New York Mets infielder Francisco Lindor became just the 21st Puerto Rican in MLB history to reach 1,500 career hits after he hit an opposite-field single on Monday.

Griffin Conine's glove strikes again

Miami Marlin's outfielder Griffin Conine makes another stellar catch. He also robbed a home run during the team's Opening Weekend series, marking his second appearance on our weekly highlights list!

Kenley Jensen 450th save

Kenley Jensen recorded his 450th save this past week as he now sits in fourth place on the all-time saves list. He needs 29 more to surpass Lee Smith (478). 

Dane Myers' wall catch for the win

Miami Marlins centerfielder Dane Myers made a catch-of-the-year candidate highlight to end the game earlier this week. Myers was all smiles and walked away from the catch perfectly fine. 

Pirates long walk-off

The Pittsburgh Pirates currently hold the mark for the longest walk-off win this season after Joey Bart hit a game-winner in the bottom of the 13th inning!

Splash walk-off home run

San Francisco Giants' Mike Yestremski hit a home run into the bay earlier this week to give the team its second walk-off win of the season!

Mariners walk-off win (literally)

It's a flurry of walk-offs! The Milwaukee Brewers had a bunt walk-off, but the Seattle Mariners put the "walk" in walk-off after Randy Arozarena takes ball four to bring the winning run home. 

White Sox walk-off for first series win

The Chicago White Sox walked it off on Saturday to earn their first series win of the season!

Diamondbacks five-run walk-off

The Arizona Diamondbacks walked it off after scoring all of their game's runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to defeat the Milwaukee Brewers 5-4!

Hunter Greene dual shutouts

Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Hunter Greene almost threw a complete-game shutout against the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday - but after a little bit of glove controversy.

At the end of the week, Greene returned for another start - and threw yet another shutout!

Tyler Alexander behind the back

That's going in the top plays of the year! Check out this amazing catch by Milwauke Brewers pitcher Tyler Alexander! Oh. and by the way, he did the same thing in 2023 as a member of the Detroit Tigers.

Angels history

Yes, you read that right. Three different players for the Los Angeles Angels each hit a pair of home runs this week! 

Mike Trout catches fire

Los Angeles Angels star Mike Trout is on fire, hitting three home runs this week. He is now tied with five other players for the most home runs (6) in baseball right now!

Anthony Santander's ironic first home run

Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Anthony Santander hit his first home run of the season - and it came in Baltimore where he spent the past eight years hitting bombs for the Orioles!

Felix Bautista's first save in 597 days

In the same game, Baltimore Orioles closer Felix Bautista recorded his first save of the season and his first save in almost 600 days after receiving Tommy John surgery. 

Andy Pages highway robbery

Los Angeles Dodgers centerfielder Andy Pages robbed Michael Busch of what would've been a grand slam and his second home run of the game!

Michael King complete game shutout

San Diego Padres starting pitcher Michael King threw the MLB's second complete-game shutout, with the first going to the Texas Rangers' Nathan Eovaldi.
