Real Madrid edged Celta Vigo 2-1 thanks to a 94th-minute winner from Federico Valverde to close the gap with LaLiga leaders Barcelona back down to one point. Meanwhile, over in France, PSG's lead in Ligue 1 could be cut down to just one point over the weekend after they were stunned 3-1 at home by in-form Monaco.
In Germany, a Harry Kane-less Bayern Munich thrashed Borussia Monchengladbach 4-1 to extend their advantage at the top of the Bundesliga standings to a whopping 14 points. Elsewhere, Napoli beat Torino 2-1 in Serie A, and Liverpool reached the FA Cup quarter-finals with a 3-1 win over Wolves.
