After their 4-1 win, the Oilers are now just one win away from returning to the Stanley Cup Finals for the second straight season.
The Stars just couldn't get anything going in Game 4 while the Oilers made sure to leave Edmonton with a win.
So let's recap the highlights from the game.
1st Period
Despite outshooting the Oilers 16-10 in the first period, Dallas failed to find the net, even on their first power play.
But Oilers star Zach Hyman left the game early on and never returned. His status for Game 5 is uncertain.
It wasn't until almost 12 minutes into the period that the Oilers got on the board first with a power play goal by Leon Draisaitl (7), assisted by Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (12) and Corey Perry (3).
But things got a little chippy after Evan Bouchard slashed Roope Hintz's same foot that kept him out of Game 3 as a "welcome back."
Edmonton dominated the period on the physical front after outhitting the Stars 23-6 and putting up six blocked shots to Dallas' one.
Heading into this game, the Stars had been outscored 10-0 in the first period of these playoffs. Now, it's 12-0.
The Stars went into the first intermission seven seconds into their second power play.
2nd Period
But once again, despite Dallas having 1:53 seconds on their power play, they failed to convert.
It wasn't until seven minutes into the period that the Stars tied it up 1-1 courtesy of Jason Robertson's goal on the team's third power play of the night.
The goal marked Robertson's second of the playoffs, assisted by Thomas Harley (8) and Mikael Granlund (5).
Edmonton made sure not to let the Stars relish in their goal for long as Corey Perry scored his sixth goal of the playoffs to put the Oilers up 2-1 before heading into the second intermission.
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins got his second assist of the night, his 13th of the playoffs, with Connor McDavid earning the secondary assist, racking his total up to a leading 18 these playoffs.
Perry's goal marked seven skaters on the Oilers with five goals or more during the playoffs. That is now the most through 14 games in Oilers history, most recently happening in 1984 - the same Oilers team that went on to win the Stanley Cup.
Edmonton got the better of Dallas on the offensive end during the second, outshooting them 10-9, while remaining to outhit them in the period 15-8.
Dallas finished the first two periods 1-4 on the power play with 11 giveaways to Edmonton's four.
3rd Period
After what looked to be a scoreless third period between both teams, the Stars went with the empty-net with three minutes to go in the game and it proved to be a mistake that proved costly just moments later.
Kasperi Kapanen put the Oilers up 3-1 with an empty net to all but close the door on the Stars' chances.
Then, as time was winding down, Adam Henrique scored an unassisted empty-netter for his fourth of the playoffs and the final dagger in the Game 4 matchup.
After being outshot in the first two periods, Edmonton came out of the second intermission ready to make a statement by outshooting Dallas 14-4 in the third.
The Oilers finished with 49 hits to the Stars' 22 while converting 2-3 power plays.
After taking the Game 1 opening, Dallas has now lost three straight while being outscored 13-2.
Game 5 between the Stars and Oilers will head back to Dallas on Thursday, May 29th.
