Just like Game 2, the Jets shut out the Stars 4-0 this time around after a game that saw almost more penalties (17) than blocked shots (18).
Now, the series will head back to Dallas, where the Jets have yet to pull off a win in this series.
So let's get into the game's recap!
1st Period
Despite going on a power play, outshooting Dallas 11-4, and outhitting them 19-8 in the first period, the Jets couldn't get on the board.
The Stars also failed on a pair of power plays as well, a team that went 50 percent (3/6) on the PP in the past two games.
It became the second time in this series that both teams failed to score in the first period.
2nd Period
The first goal of the game was scored by Winnipeg's Mark Scheifele during a 4-on-4 situation seven minutes into the period.
But after more failures on power plays this period, the game remained at a measly 1-0 despite the Jets outright dominating the stat sheet.
The Jets outshot the Stars, once again, 11-5 in the second period while also, again, outhitting them 20-12.
Scheifele almost had a second goal this period but was waved off after it was batted in with his right hand.
3rd Period
Winnipeg went on a 5 vs 3 power play after having 13 seconds shaved off of the first power play when it was just two minutes into the period.
And just like that, the Jets went up 2-0 to then make it a 5-on-4 advantage for another 1:25, which Dallas was able to hold off.
Nikolaj Ehlers scored his fourth of the playoffs while teammate Kyle Connor recorded his second assist of the game and 11th of the playoffs - now tied with Edmonton Oilers' forward Leon Draisaitl for the second-most.
Dallas had an opportunity with a power play of their own but failed for the third time with still 12 minutes to go in the period.
And what better way for Winnipeg to rub that back in the Stars' faces than coming back with another power play goal of their own to make it 2-0 after the game's 10th penalty (Dallas' sixth).
The goal marked Vladislav Namestnikov's third of the playoffs and his first point of the series.
Stars captain Jamie Benn received a game misconduct after giving Schiefele a left jab well after the whistle blew. Brandon Tanev of the Jets also received a game misconduct as part of the scrum.
However, Schiefele was also called for a two-minute minor roughing penalty that left Dallas on yet another power play - which they failed, again, to execute on.
Dallas went with the empty net just under four minutes left in the period, but, yet again, it amounted to nothing as goaltender Connor Hellebuyck became a brick wall in Game 5.
He is currently on a hot streak, not allowing a goal in the past 143 minutes of game time.
Ehlers put home an empty-netter to seal the deal, scoring all five of his goals in these playoffs in the series against Dallas.
Winnipeg finished the game outshooting (35-22) and outhitting (49-33) Dallas - giving them a completely dominant win on all levels.
The game finished with a combined 15 penalties (nine in the third period alone).
Game 6 between the Stars and Jets will take place on Saturday, May 17th.
