The Ukrainian was far too slick and quick for his opponent who was 11 years his junior, knocking down Dubois twice in the fifth round before the referee ended the fight.
Usyk continues to cement a formidable legacy, becoming an undisputed world champion across the cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions for a third time - no boxer has ever been undisputed this many times.
As if his status wasn't already known, Usyk is unquestionably one of the greatest boxers of all time.
“38 is a young guy, remember!” Usyk said. “38, it’s only the start!”
“Next, I don’t know. I want a rest. I want to be at home with my family, my wife, my children. I want to rest now. Maybe two, three months, I want to rest. Just a rest.”
Usyk had beaten Dubois back in 2023 following a controversial low-blow call from the referee that went against the Englishman. However, from the off this time around, Usyk was in firm control, and there was little to suggest that Dubois could do anything to hurt the 38-year-old.
Usyk danced around the ring in typical, supreme fashion, with Dubois failing to make much of an impact.
In the fourth round, he then began to turn the screw, before upping the ante in the fifth and winning in devastating fashion following a brutal left hand to the chin.

"I have to commend him, I gave everything I had," admitted Dubois, with his record now 22-3. "There we some things I could have sharpened up on, but I'll be back.
"I was in a fight, I was trying to pick it round by round, but it is what it is, I'll be back."
Usyk now extends his unbeaten record to 24-0, having defeated Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury and Dubois all twice. He is also 8-0 against UK fighters.
There have been reports of a third fight with Fury next year, but nothing has been confirmed.
“Maybe it’s Tyson Fury,” Usyk revealed. “Maybe we have three options. Derek Chisora. And Anthony Joshua. Maybe Joseph Parker? I cannot say now, because I want to go back home.”
