A late venue switch for Sunday's Ligue 1 campaign opener does not worry Paris ‌Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique, but ‌the state of their ‌home ground - which forced the ‌switch - is concerning the manager concerned.

As ‌France endured its hottest month on record in July, ‌the grass in PSG's Parc des ‌Princes suffered heatwave damage, forcing the champions to move this weekend's match to Roazhon Park, the home of their opponents Stade Rennais.

"We’ve been training as usual... but playing in Rennes is different; we have to adapt... these are things I ‌can’t control, so we have to see it as a challenge," Enrique told reporters on Saturday.

Enrique admitted he was worried about the Parc des Princes pitch.

"We like to play attacking, entertaining football, for ‌which you need a pitch in the best possible ‌condition, which isn’t the case at the moment," he said.

The European champions' next home game is on Friday against AS Monaco.
