Biereth's amazing form since arriving Sturm Graz in January helped him break a number of records in the French Ligue 1.
The former Arsenal-player became the first player in the 21st century to score 10 goals in his first seven Ligue 1 matches to surpass Swedish legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who scored nine goals in his first seven games for PSG back in 2012.
It was also the first time in 70 years that a player scored three hat-tricks in his first seven Ligue 1 games.
Biereth at the same time became the player who has scored the most league goals in 2025 in the five major leagues. With his 10 goals, he surpassed Ousmane Dembélé (9), Mateo Retegui (9) and Mohamed Salah (8).'
In an interview with "L'Equipe", Biereth says that his goal instinct in nothing new.
"I've always had the nose for scoring goals since I was a little kid, and I've developed it over and over again."
"It's pretty simple: Goals win games, and the more you score, the better your chances are of winning. I understand that in football you value the 'beautiful', but that's not my style. Believe me, there will never be a YouTube compilation of my skills. I love scoring goals. Who doesn't?"
Biereth underlines that its extremely important for a young striker to remain humble especially in situations where everything seem to go your way.
"For a young player, it's a dangerous moment (scoring goals, ed.) because it can give you a feeling of being on top of the world. But in football, everything goes very fast - in both directions."
"Yes, it's good to be happy, but don't be too happy, because you don't know how the next match will go."
"Scoring a hat-trick is great. But the joy only lasts a few hours. Then I try to go to bed, and the next day it all starts again. It's easy to keep both feet on the ground. My family and friends say: 'Well played, but it was just a football match."
The 22-year-old is not afraid to compare himself to some of the greatest strikers in the world, although he does it with a smile on his face.
"I'm a bit like Harry Kane. And he's a bit like me. He loves to be in the box and finish. I really admire him. Kane is a bit different. He can also create openings for his teammates. I think I can do the same."
Biereth and AS Monaco will be in action again on Saturday evening when they Le Havre away. Monaco is currently in third place in the Ligue 1.
