Arsenal's Premier League title win sparked wild celebrations after Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw at Bournemouth, and they broke multiple records in the process.

The Gunners have won England's top flight for the first time since 2004, ending a 22-year wait for glory.

Meanwhile, it was confirmed that teenage sensation Max Dowman has become the youngest player to win the Premier League at the age of just 16 years, four months and 18 days.

Dowman made five appearances in the league this term, making him eligible for a title-winning medal and writing his name into the history books.

Arguably one of the most talented teenagers on the planet, the Hale End academy graduate saw his season derailed by an ankle injury between December and March.

But even despite that setback, it was still an incredible breakthrough campaign for the youngster, who also became the youngest Premier League scorer with a strike in a 2-0 win over Everton in March.
