Three clubs are inseparable from Tomas Rosicky (44). Sparta Prague, Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal. Currently, it seems that the former midfielder could skip the German side in the second part of his career and go straight from Prague to London.

Indeed, it is the Gunners who, according to Seznam Zprav and The Guardian, have their former player among the trio of favourites for the vacant role of sporting director.

Rosicky's competitors on the list are said to be Luis Campos and Phil Giles.

The aforementioned Portuguese is among the most capable men in the business. He is currently an advisor at PSG, having previously worked successfully at Monaco, where he oversaw the growth of Kylian Mbappe.

The Englishman Giles, who is currently head of sport at Brentford, on the other hand, is excellent with data.

If Rosicky does indeed leave Sparta, Tomas Sivok is the logical replacement. It was the former national team captain and defender who moved to Sparta under Rosicky and is now with the championship A-team as their sporting manager.

Sivok has already tried a short stint as sporting director, but he had a falling out with then-owner Vladimir Koubek at Dynamo Ceske Budejovice and headed to the capital.

Rosicky was with Arsenal for most of his playing career. Despite being plagued by injuries, he managed to play 246 games for the Gunners, scoring 28 goals and adding 23 assists.
