Aneke Rune confirms in a text message to several Danish media sources that after the first check in Stockholm, the medical staff feel very sure that Holger Rune's Achilles tendon is badly injured:
"They are completely sure that it is a torn Achilles tendon, so it's of course very bad. Holger is, of course, completely devastated", writes Aneke Rune.
She alludes to the doctors and physiotherapists who are present in Stockholm.
"They say they can see it with the naked eye", writes Aneke Rune.
Rune could now be ruled out for at least six months.
