Edmonton Oilers forward Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (32) was listed as a 'game-time decision' for Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals against the Florida Panthers.

However, the injury wasn't disclosed to the media. But Head Coach Kris Knoblauch said during Sunday's press conference that the team "thinks he'll be available" for Monday's game but "will play it by ear."

Nugent-Hopkins has been a dominant force for the Oilers during the playoffs as one of the best playmakers.

His 13 assists are tied for the fourth-most these playoffs, with three in front of him being teammates Connor McDavid (25), Leon Draisaitl (19), and Evan Bouchard (14).

Unfortunately, Nugent-Hopkins has hit a cold streak - not recording a single point (goal/assist) in the past three games for the Oilers.

But if the Oilers want a chance to stay in the series after losing one of their premier players in Zach Hyman, a healthy Nugent-Hopkins will be crucial to keep their Stanley Cup chances alive.
